PARK CITY, Utah, Jan. 23 (UPI) — Hollywood actress Kirsten Dunst reportedly is in talks to star opposite Ryan Gosling in the 1980s-set romance/murder mystery “All Good Things.”

Andrew Jarecki, who helmed the acclaimed documentary “Capturing the Friedmans,” will make his feature film directorial debut on “Things,” which is set to start shooting in April, Variety.com reported.

Marcus Hinchey, Marc Smerling and Jarecki wrote the screenplay for the film.

Dunst is best-known for her roles in “Elizabethtown,” “Marie Antoinette” and the three “Spider-Man” movies. She will soon be seen in “How to Lose Friends and Alienate People.”

Gosling has starred in “The Notebook,” “Murder by Numbers,” “Half Nelson” and, most recently, “Lars and the Real Girl.”
